Moving along...

It has been a few weeks since my last post a lot has been happening although we will not meet the original date given which was October 11. We are currently still approx 4 weeks away for PCI.
I can say that finally I feel like we are on the home stretch. This journey has been a very long one.
An update since my last post, the following things have been completed
- tiling completed in wet areas,
-first coat of paint went on last week(undercoat),
-electrical has been completed, we paid for provisioning of down lights only, we will install these after handover/aircon vents installed
-plumbing has commenced, toilets installed, bathtubs delivered

Garage Door

Our Garage Door has been installed -Decowood/Chestnut
Tiling commenced on Tuesday. The tiles we selected are quite dark although I am liking the look. It doesn't help that they use black waterproofing to make the bathrooms look even darker. We picked the same colour tiles throughout downstairs as well as all the wet areas. They will be completing the main floor tiling on Monday as we have the flush floors to the powder and laundry it will be done together. How exciting.(more pics of the tiling next week)
The facade has had a few expansion problems that needed to be fixed with blueboard(we hope this won't be an ongoing problem).

Kitchen & Vanities

Kitchen has been installed together with all the vanities throughout the house. ( all wrapped up)
We are changing SS on Wednesday as he is going on holidays, so that should be interesting. We hope things keep moving.

Tiling is scheduled for Tuesday.
