23rd October- Painting Commenced

20th October- Driveway formwork

17th October- Facade fixing

14th October- Pantry/linen & WIR Shelving

10th October- Shower screens/Mirrors

8th October - Main floor tiling completed

2nd October - Main Floor tiling commenced

1st October- Tapware installed

29th September- Toilets installed/ Electrical completed/Rangehood/ facade ballustrading

25th September- First Coat of paint

18th September- Benchtops installed/Waterproofing to Balcony

17th September-Wet areas tiling completed

12th September- Garage door installed,air conditioning vents cut out, staircase gyprocked

9th September- Tiling commenced

5th September- Rain Water Tank installed

4th September- Kitchen, bathroom cabinets fitted

29th August - Waterproofing wet areas

28th August - Lower Level brick clean

27th August-Doors installed/LOCK UP

26th August- Stairs installed

19th August -Gyprock/Cornices

13th August -Insulation installation

5th August- Lower Roof Completed

31st July - Lower Gutters/Eaves/ Render to Facade

17thJuly-Electrical work completed

15th July-Upper eaves Completed

8th July- Roof tiles completed

1st July 2014- Gutter and Fascia installed

27 June 2014-2nd stage bricking completed

17 June 2014- 2nd stage/1st floor bricking commenced

4 June 2014- 1st stage/ground floor bricking completed

30 May 2014- Ground floor brickwork commenced

21 May 2014- Frame completed

19 May 2014- Windows installed

9 May 2014- Ground floor Frame commenced

1 May 2014 - Slab poured

24 April 2014- piering/frame

17 April 2014 - Site cut

10 April 2014- Fence installed/toilet

21 February 2014 - DA Approval

5 December 2013 - Submitted to council

November 2013 - Colour appointments

July 2013 - Tender presentation/signed
